Trading in most stocks listed on the London Stock Exchange, OFEX and Alternative Investment Market as well as Gilts, Permanent Interest Bearing Shares, certain foreign stocks and on provision of additional documentation to comply with FSA regulations, warrants.

Your shares will be held electronically, removing the worry of keeping certificates safe or meeting settlement deadlines.
Funds can be held on deposit to pay for your next transaction
Any dividends due will be paid to your nominee share dealing account and can be held to fund future trades, or sent to you or your bank or building society account on a regular basis.
Divided reinvestment plan facility where offered.
We will keep you informed of corporate actions that may affect your shareholding.
Shares currently held in paper certificate form may be transferred into your account to be held in nominee form.
Quarterly statements are provided showing all movements of funds on your account.
An annual Composite Tax Voucher is provided, showing deduction of tax from dividends received.
