We make it as easy as possible for you to apply for a Personal loan – you can choose which way is most convenient for you:

Online

The quickest way for existing customers to apply is to complete your application online, you can do so here - apply online. If you are not a customer, you will need to apply through one of our branches as an online application will be declined.

By phone

Existing Customers call 0845 300 2511 – it shouldn’t take more than a few minutes. You can also contact us using a text phone on 0845 121 9921. If you are not a customer, you will need to apply through one of our branches as a telephone application will be declined.

In person

Visit any N&P branch and complete an application there. Use our branch finder above to find your nearest one.

Before you start your application please make sure you have the following information to hand:

  • Your address details, including post code, for the past 3 years
  • Your bank or building society details
  • Your employer's name and address (if applicable)
  • Your monthly income and outgoings
