Each certified copy must be signed by that person whose full name, qualification, job title, address and telephone number must appear on it with the date of certification.

You, your relatives or any other person named on the account cannot certify the documents.

But I am already an existing customer

You may wonder why, although you have an account or product already with the Society, you are being asked to prove your identity and address. We must take reasonable steps to find out who our customers are by obtaining sufficient information about you to confirm that you are who you claim to be. By checking each time you apply for a product or service, we are making sure that no one else is using your identity.

We must keep up to date and accurate information about our customers. If you have not transacted on your account for a while, we will therefore need to update the information we hold about you and check your identification before we can offer you services
