Bonus

At Principal Office, for Level 1 and Level 2 staff achieving and exceeding your objectives you can earn up to 9% annual Bonus (or more for Level 3 staff). In our Retail network and Contact Centre, advisors and managers are rewarded with monthly bonuses and an annual bonus for ensuring our customers’ full range of financial requirements are met.
