Customer Advisor - Contact Centre
You’ll be working as part of a team, taking and making calls to existing customers and potential Society customers. We don’t believe in scripted answers or aggressive selling - our customers need good, solid advice from real people who really listen to customers and offer helpful advice. You’ll ask the right questions, carefully decide what customers need and then suggest the right products that meet their needs perfectly. With 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including Maths and English, you’ll also have a flair for sales (ideally with previous experience) and good keyboard skills.
We’ll provide all the training you need to reach your targets and because those targets are based on quality rather than quantity of calls, you’ll regularly achieve maximum bonus payments - just by being yourself. The Contact Centre is open 8am to 8pm Mon - Fri, and 9am to 5pm Saturdays. You’ll work 37.5 hours during these periods including every other Saturday, so you’ll need a flexible approach to working hours.
