Customer Advisors
As a Customer Advisor you will build strong relationships with customers to ensure their financial needs are met. We believe in multiskilling our staff, so no two days will ever be the same. Through structured career progression you could gain professional qualifications to enable you to offer mortgage advice.
You don’t need to be from a financial services background. More importantly, you’ll have enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service and sales.
Starting salaries range from £12,700 to £18,250 depending on experience, qualifications and location, plus monthly bonuses.
