Customer Insight Manager

This is a great opportunity to join our Customer Marketing Team. In this role you will be the key provider of customer data analysis and intelligence for the department. Using a range of sources including Society and market data, you will provide insight and reporting which will support tactical strategic decisions for the business, including customer targeting, retention and cross-sales initiatives.

A key element of this role will be to interrogate and analyse data to improve understanding and identify potential applications. Ideally you will be competent and experienced in developing statistically-based models to predict customer behaviour in support of decision-making and improving the customer experience and profitability of Customer Management programmes. With the ability to interpret campaign data and recommend improvements to the retention and acquisition effort, you will have the ability to influence and negotiate with relevant stakeholder groups. You will be a team player, with a high degree of self motivation. Positive and pragmatic, you will be results focussed and communicate confidently at all levels.
