Customer Advisor - NPIB Cromer

The role will involve understanding the customers needs, identifying insurance requirements and providing the appropriate advice and insurance policy to satisfy client needs. You should be able to communicate effectively and provide positive assistance to customers at all times in every aspect of sales, service and claims, always representing the company with a professional image.

You will need to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects as appropriate, conduct all insurance processes to performance targets and comply with FSA regulations. Good administration, customer service and organisational skills are required. Some insurance experience desirable, preferably in a broking background.
