Protection & Cross Sales Advisor
Working as part of dynamic Sales team, you will be highly motivated to exceed sales targets and maintain an excellent level of service for the Society’s customers.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all Contact Centre Mortgage customers receive a fully advised solution for the protection of their mortgage whilst promoting the Society’s full range of products and services.
You will also drive the Contact Centres Personal Loan and Mortgage Retention business maximising all cross sale opportunities and advising on protection needs.
You will implement robust contact and sales strategies working with both the Contact Centre Mortgage Sales Team and Customer Sales Teams, offering excellent customer service to each.
You will contribute to a team that will protect over £122 million per year of Society mortgage lending, and £12 million unsecured lending, and it’s customers from the risks of critical illness, death, ASU (accident, sickness & unemployment) and long term income protection, ensuring the security of the Society’s lending business.
You will be highly motivated and able to work individually and within a team to exceed targets. You will follow a robust contact strategy to ensure all customers receive an excellent customer service and expert advice for all their protection needs. The role will demand the ability to set and follow targets on a daily basis and ensure that personal and team activity is at maximum levels at all times.
