Mortgage Sales Advisor
Working as part of a dynamic Sales team, you will be highly motivated to exceed sales targets and maintain an excellent level of service for the Society’s customers.
You will be responsible as a team for dealing with all calls from new and existing mortgage customers providing excellent customer service by promoting the society and its products, identifying cross sales opportunities at all times.
Your primary focus will be to increase new mortgage business for the society increasing the conversion of new enquiries to sanction. You will be completing full mortgage interviews while building long term customer relationships through a robust contact strategy.
You will be expected to identify & provide quality leads for the PaCS (Protection and Cross Sales) team, so you can be confident that all of the contact centre mortgage customers have received expert advice regarding the protection they need or have in place.
You will be highly motivated and able to work individually and within a team to exceed targets. You will follow a robust contact strategy to ensure all customers receive an excellent customer service and expert advice. The role will demand the ability to set and follow targets on a daily basis and ensure that personal and team activity is at maximum levels at all times.
