Head of Facilities
Reporting to Pat Turner, General Manager HR and Facilities
This role will lead the strategic and operational development of the facilities management function to meet current and future business objectives. You will lead and develop the facilities team, building upon existing strengths and capabilities to ensure the provision of a proactive and customer-oriented delivery. Working across all levels of the organisation you will provide guidance and support to senior management ensuring full engagement and participation in commercial and business initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a strong facilities background within a similar corporate environment, with a good understanding of portfolio management. With strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, you will take a commercial approach and demonstrate integrity and passion in what you do.
