Facilities Assistant
This is a varied role working as part of the Facilities Support Team. Duties will cover:
• assisting with the provision of an effective caretaking service to head office, including security of building, day to day maintenance and routine tasks.
• delivery, collection and removal of furniture, equipment and archiving at head office, the branch network and group companies, and office moves.
• mail collection and delivery service at Head office. It follows we are looking for someone physically fit with a flexible approach, good communication skills with all levels of the organisation, and good sense of humour. Clean driving licence is important.
